We want to give you and your baby the best. This is why we stand behind everything we sell. 100%. So, if you (or your baby) are not completely satisfied with your order, neither are we. We'll make it right - from sending you a replacement to refunding you in full. Simple as that.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method within 2 business days after it is received. We do not refund expedited shipping costs.
Customers from outside the contiguous United States must pay for return shipping, and will not be refunded their initial shipping expenses, or duties and taxes, paid.
After 30 days, if the product has not been washed or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.
