Shipping Information

We offer free ground shipping to anywhere in the USA on all orders over $49. There are also expedited shipping options available at checkout for a cost. Once shipped, a tracking link will automatically be sent to you via the email address we received during checkout. If you do not receive one, please contact us and we will personally resend it to you. 

We do not offer free international shipping at this time. We do have negotiated discounted shipping rates with international carriers and have passed the saving along to you.

Please note: Duties, taxes and other fees may be charged upon delivery of international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and The Topponcino Company will not refund the abandoned order.

 

Processing

Orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays*). If there is any reason processing will take longer (credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, inventory availability, etc) we will be sure to contact you.

Please Note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days. If your order is placed Friday afternoon, it will be shipped on Monday.

 

Delivery

All orders ship from either Los Angeles, California, or Fort Lauderdale, FL, depending on the shipping address. Your order may be delivered in multiple packages.

Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, it will be delivered to you in 1-14 business days, depending on delivery location. Typical delivery times:

Domestic

  • Free Shipping: 7-10 days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10-14 days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 days

If you refuse the delivery of an order, you will be charged for return shipping.
